The Mediterranean Branzino was grilled and served with green beans and cherry tomatoes. The Cornish Hen was stuffed with mushrooms and served with roasted baby potatoes. For the main course, we shared the Clams and Uni Fettuccine with Shaved Bottarga, the Cornish Hen and Grilled Branzino. We are huge fans of these risotto balls, in fact Archana made an air-fried version for our spring dinner last month). The dish also paired nicely with our cocktails.
